In case you Interns are wondering... that little pencil icon next to your name lets you edit your posts right from the ACA. This is handy in case you (ie: Mike) spelled something wrong and actually care to fix it. The pencil only shows up for posts that you made.

It's a lot like the mop in each of your cubicles at ACA HQ... It's there so you can clean up your own mess.
