You guys have probably seen this website already... but Visa is giving $25,000 to whoever comes up with the best "Idea"... money intended to help you put the idea into action. and as you can see from the listing on the site, these can be practically anything. Bacon scented candles for men. The "Global Dehumidifier" for solving 3rd world water shortage woes. or the "Dual Flush Toilet"... which delivers more flush per "submission" so as to avoid the embarrasing "double-flush". As you can see... most of these aren't based in logic, reality or, in many cases, on any existing technology (see the "Reverse Microwave"). Read a few of these and come to the same conclusion I have... that people are dumb.
